A graphical display for use with the D2801 MIDI system is capable of displaying both text and symbols. The display brings the ability to improve the overall system functionality, feedback to the operator and the ability to tailor the display of information to the particular application.
This is a radio remote control unit developed for industrial applications such as EOT cranes, loader cranes, drilling rigs and winches. The remote control system incorporates semiduplex for two-way operation and supports up to 60 functions to be operated simultaneously and has a multi-operator mode that allows up to three operators to control one to three cranes, individually or in tandem.
There is flexibility in the order and type of information that can be shown and line diagrams can be used in combination with numbers and text.
In its standard form, the display system can take in data via digital signal input or in analog form via a serial bus (RS232, RS422 and RS485).
The display has a large viewing area of 128 x 64 pixels, measuring 60 x 30 mm, that allows a maximum of 160 characters to be displayed.
