Exair's Dual Cabinet Cooler System keeps electrical enclosures cool with -7°C air to eliminate high temperature malfunction and protect sensitive electronics from harsh environments. The high cooling capacity up to 5600 Btu/h is suitable for large electrical enclosures and high heat loads.

The cabinet coolers incorporate a vortex tube that cools ordinary compressed air to -7°C without the use of refrigerants. They mount through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA 12, 4 or 4X rating of the enclosure. Systems with thermostat control minimise compressed air use, keeping the enclosure at ±1°C of the temperature setting. An automatic drain filter separator ensures no moisture passes to the inside of the electrical enclosure. There are no moving parts to wear out.

Dual Cabinet Coolers are available with cooling capacities of 4000, 4800 and 5600 Btu/h and are UL listed. Models with lower cooling capacities are available.

Applications include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, industrial computers, motor controls, microprocessors and robotics.
