The series PVQ Proportional Solenoid Valve from SMC is suitable for applications requiring both smooth and accurate flow rates.
Designed for a wide range of applications - including vacuum 0.1 Pa.abs - the valve accurately adjusts the flow rate smoothly and precisely by controlling the electrical input current externally.
The specially coated internal moving parts extend operation to over 25 million cycles and noise emitted during the valve opening and closing has been reduced to a minimum.
Enhanced specifications include repeatability lower than 3%, hysteresis lower than 10%, reduced leakage and automatic valve closure when the power supply is turned off.
The valve is available with brass or stainless steel body parts and FKM seal material.
