Process valves
Tanair has released its range of brass, 316 stainless steel and PTFE process valves. The range is available in sizes from 3/8 to 2" screwed bsp or flanged with seal options viton (standard), EPDM and Buna. It is suitable for most applications from air, hot water, fuel oil, coolant and many other applications.
ISO standard valves
The Norgren five-port valves can now incorporate twin 3/2 valves in the valve body, effectively having two three-port valves in a five-port body yet still conforming to ISO 15407. This enables water treatment plants to control twice as many spring return actuated process valves in an ISO valve. For example, 20 activated valves could be controlled by 20 3/2 solenoid valves that are mounted in a 10 station valve island. Alternatively, a combination of twin 3/2 valves and standard 5/2 valves can be configured enabling double acting activated valves to be controlled.

Corrosion-resistant cartridge valves
Stainless steel cartridges from Sun are suitable for use in harsh environments such as marine, offshore and washdown applications. External parts are made of stainless steel, with adjustment screws, where needed, of grade 5 titanium. All corrosion-resistant valves have been qualified by a 1000 h salt spray test to ASTM B117-03. All corrosion-resistant valves feature Sun's floating style cartridge construction, which eliminates potential cartridge binding and minimises torque sensitivity. The valve performance and external dimensions will be the same as Sun's standard products.
