  • Bosch Rexroth HNC100-3X Motion Control
With the HNC100-3X Motion Control generation, Rexroth extends the range of possible applications for the HNC100 NC family of electrohydraulic controls. The scalable generation in controller format controls up to four electrohydraulic axes. Ethernet is used for the first time not only with SERCOS III and PROFINET RT but also via a parameterisation interface. IndraWorks and the WinPed operating and parameterisation software have both become more user friendly thanks to new functionalities and dialogs.
  • Compact hydraulic motor
The CB1120 compact motor is designed to replace the Marathon MB1150. It offers the same power in a smaller package, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications, particularly in the mining and materials handling, pulp and paper, building and construction, and sugar sectors.
  • Light aluminium case hydraulic motor
Sai has released the GM05A + F5 + R03C. Features include: a light aluminium case hydraulic motor, case peak pressure 20 bar and can be installed without drain line for systems with max return pressure up to 10 bar.
  • Dual displacement motor
The Sai BD6 is a dual displacement motor type. The BD series comes with the 5-cylinder crankshaft design radial piston hydraulic motor.
  • Hydraulic motor
The Sai GM7 is an advanced new-generation hydraulic motor. It has a round shape motor type and is completely interchangeable with SAI L7, distributed as 250 standard.
  • Fixed displacement motor
The Sai TF 1.5 is a seven-piston design, fixed displacement hydraulic motor.
  • Fixed displacement motor
The Sai TF 1.5 is a seven-piston design, fixed displacement hydraulic motor.
  • Hydraulic power system
The Bi-Rotational Power Pack from Haldex Barnes Hydraulics is designed to lower overall system costs and maintenance by eliminating excess wiring, leak paths, plumbing and directional valves
  • Magnetic rotary encoders
Magnetic rotary encoders from Measurement Specialties claim to offer greater durability and wider capabilities than traditional optical encoders and electromechanical potentiometers. The advantages in the magneto-resistive technology of the ED Series encoders provide lower life cycle costs in a wide range of industrial, equipment and material handling applications. Encapsulated electronics virtually eliminate contamination, allowing the encoders to be used in severe environmental conditions.
  • Energy-efficient hydraulic motor
The Sai hydraulic motor is claimed to be able to achieve an energy conversion rate of up to 90%.
  • Hydraulic power packs
The Hydronit mini hydraulic power packs are suitable for industrial and mobile applications. The power units are of a modular design concept giving flexibility and are available in either DC or AC construction. They can replace conventional power packs up to 2.2 kW.
  • High power servo drives
Danaher Motion has released its latest addition to the S200 series of servo drives, now including the 6 A continuous, 18 A peak or 1 kW continuous shaft rated S20660, known as the AC3.
  • Coal handling application for hydraulic drive
The Qinhuangdao (QHD) Port in north-eastern China is expanding rapidly. In 1995 it handled 40 million tonnes of coal annually, in 2004 the figure was 120 million and in 2006 it is in the range of 200 million tonnes.

  • Hydraulic drives for a demanding application
Alcoa is the world’s leading producer of alumina and aluminium. The three Alcoa refineries in Australia - Kwinana, Pinjarra and Wagerup - have a combined capacity of 7.3 million tonnes per year. This accounts for 48% of Australia’s total alumina production and 15% of world alumina demand.
  • Hydraulics drive a new benchmark for waste management
In 1998 the seven local Perth councils comprising the Southern Metropolitan Regional Council (SMRC) sent 87% of all domestic waste to landfill
